INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL
LOUISVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
Sealed Proposals will be received at the Maintenance Administration Office and Support Services Building, 4320 Park Boulevard, on behalf of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority (the “Authority”), Louisville, Kentucky, 40209, for the following project:
SERVICES RELATING TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting on October 27, 2014 @ 2:00 p.m.
Proposal Due Date November 7, 2014 @ 2:00 p.m.
The Authority is soliciting Proposals from qualified and financially sound companies (the “Proposers”) for the right and obligation to provide services relating to a comprehensive research program to evaluate customer satisfaction and provide measurement and reporting data (the “Services”). The successful Proposer shall measure and report to the Authority satisfaction levels of arriving and departing customers and satisfaction levels of services offered to customers who use Louisville International Airport (the “Airport”), as specified in the Proposal Documents. The successful Proposer shall also conduct silent shopper ground transportation surveys at the Airport, as specified in the Proposal Documents. The successful Proposer will be responsible for providing the Services for a term of three years. Each Proposer should examine the Proposal Documents, Draft Agreement, and all Attachments thereto to obtain a comprehensive understanding of these documents. Proposal Documents may be obtained at the Authority at www.flylouisville.com or by faxing a request to Purchasing at (502) 380-8270 beginning October 17, 2014. Proposals will be publicly opened and read in the Conference Room of the Maintenance Administration Office and Support Services Building.
