Dermody Properties Breaks Ground at Renaissance South Business Park
Dermody Properties, a national industrial development firm, recently broke ground on its new LogistiCenter Louisville, a 315,147-square-foot distribution facility in the Renaissance South Business Park near Louisville International Airport.
Dermody Properties purchased the land from the Louisville Renaissance Zone Corporation (LRZC), a separate entity from the Louisville Regional Airport Authority that oversees the development of the business park.
“We are delighted to welcome Dermody Properties and their LogistiCenter Louisville facility to the growing list of successful projects in the Renaissance South Business Park,” said Phil Lynch, chairman of the LRZC Board.
Douglas A. Kiersey, Jr., president of Dermody Properties, echoed Lynch’s sentiments, “We are pleased to break ground on our second facility in the Louisville area. It is another milestone in our national development strategy to create state-of-the-art industrial facilities in key logistics markets.”
Dermody Properties is developing the project in partnership with PCCP, LLC, an integrated real estate finance and investment management firm, and construction is expected to be complete in September 2014. For more information, visit www.dermody.com.
