Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy.

This web site (the “Site”), consisting of the https://www.flylouisville.com home page and all other related subdirectories, web pages, files and executables that are accessible under the same domain name, is owned and operated by the Louisville Regional Airport Authority (which is referred to as “We” or “Our” in this Privacy Policy). The Site provides a variety of technology, content, and access to booking systems of third parties like airlines, hotels, and other travel providers, for the purpose of allowing travelers to obtain access to information about the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and make travel plans and bookings in a convenient manner.

By its nature, travel requires the use and sharing of a variety of personal information such as your name, telephone number, address, and credit card information. All of this information is normally required to book travel reservations and is typically accessible to a number of personnel in the airline and travel industry as part of your computerized travel records. This Privacy Policy does not address the manner in which any third-party might use your personal information. It only applies to the information you enter through this Site.

PLEASE REFER TO THE SECTION BELOW ENTITLED “CHILDREN UNDER 13” TO REVIEW OUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN’S INFORMATION.
