FROM THE LOUISVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY ("AUTHORITY") CONCERNING DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE ("DBE") WORK ON U. S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ("DOT") FUNDED CONTRACTS
In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the Authority hereby announces and gives notice that its overall goal for DBE participation in DOT-funded projects for FY 2008 (October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008) is 7.12%. A copy of the Authority’s DBE goal and rationale are available for inspection for 30 days from the date of this notice during normal business hours at the Authority’s principal office, which is Louisville Regional Airport Authority, 700 Administration Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40209.
The Authority and the U.S. Department of Transportation also hereby solicit public comment from any group or individual wishing to comment on the above DBE overall goal or rationale. Public comment will be accepted by the Authority and the U.S. Department of Transportation for 45 days from the date of this notice and should be submitted in writing to:
