William Byrley Appointed to Airport Board

William Byrley was recently appointed by Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin to the Board of Directors of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority for a four-year term. Mr. Byrley is retired from United Parcel Service (UPS) after 38 years of service. At UPS, Mr. Byrley was an operations manager for ground operations in Louisville, KY before serving as human resource manager for the UPS Kentucky District, UPS Airlines, UPS Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering and UPS Information Services. Mr. Byrley holds a bachelor’s degree from Sullivan University. He is married with one son and three granddaughters.
