If you’re just swinging by for a quick pickup or drop-off, enjoy any of our designated curbside areas.
The Upper Level is convenient for drop-offs and near the airlines’ ticket counters.
The Lower Level is convenient for pickups and near baggage claim.
If you like to wait in your vehicle until your guests arrive and call your cell, we recommend parking in our Express Shuttle Lot that offers a 2-hour grace period at no charge. It’s an excellent area for plane-spotting as well.

Make your visit to the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport a little easier by using a ride share service. Uber and Lyft services are available from the airport to your selected destination. When using these services for pick-up, exit the terminal on the west side of baggage claim.

Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport is conveniently located at the intersection of I-65 and I-264.
From Nashville or points to the south, take I-65 North to I-264 West (Exit 131). Follow the airport signs directly into the terminal.
From Lexington or points to the east, take I-64 West to I-264 West to Exit 11 and follow the airport signs directly into the terminal.
From St. Louis or points to the west, take I-64 East to I-264 (Exit 1) to Exit 11 and follow the airport signs directly into the terminal.
From Cincinnati or points to the northeast, take I-71 South to I-264 (left lane exit). Follow I-264 to Exit 11 and follow airport signs directly into the terminal.
From Indianapolis or points to the north, take I-65 South to Exit 131; follow the signs directly into the terminal.
From local streets, you may reach the airport by taking Preston Highway to Phillips Lane, proceed west on Phillips Lane and turn left onto the Freedom Way ramp (across from the Fairgrounds Gate 1) and follow the airport signs to the terminal or parking lots.
