Vendor Portal

Vendor Portal is a secure way for vendors to share and update company information with the Louisville Regional Airport Authority. The Vendor Portal allows for approved representatives of contractors and suppliers to submit information electronically through a secure data platform.

To participate in Vendor Portal, access must be granted by Airport Authority staff. To start, new and existing vendors should email LRAAVendor@FlyLouisville.com with the company name, vendor number (if known), a contact person and an email address to establish an account administrator.
