Dale Boden Appointed to Airport Board

Dale Boden has been appointed by Mayor Greg Fischer to the Board of Directors of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority for a four-year term, ending February 2019. He replaces Phil Lynch, whose term had expired. Mr. Boden is President of B F Capital, Inc., a Louisville-based private investment firm that primarily invests in real estate and early-stage or special situation growth companies where it can provide equity capital and management assistance. Since founding B F Capital, Inc., Mr. Boden has served as President of the private investment firm and has overseen investments in more than 85 different companies and partnerships.
Through its real estate holdings, B F Capital is one of the largest property owners in Jefferson County with approximately a million square feet of office and multifamily properties. In addition, he and his partners formed the Yearling Fund I, L.P. the Yearling Fund II and Cardinal Fund II, which are early stage venture capital funds focused on Kentucky opportunities. Boden also serves on the board of directors of several private and public companies.
He has served on numerous community boards, and is a Founder of Gilda’s Club Louisville. He currently serves on the Board of the James Graham Brown Cancer Center (as Chairman), the Board of Advisors to the University of Louisville’s College of Business, The University of Louisville Board of Overseers and the Enterprise Corp’s Board of Advisors. Mr. Bolden is married with three children.
