Notice: Louisville International Airport Temporary Power Outage (Concourse B)

What: In cooperation with the Louisville Regional Airport Authority, HMS Host subcontractor – Ready Electric Co. – will temporarily suspend power at Louisville International Airport – Concourse B only.

When: Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. No travelers should be affected as this temporary outage is scheduled after the last flight arrives on Wednesday, August 31 and before the first flight departs on Thursday, September 1.

Where: Louisville International Airport – Concourse B only. No other areas in the terminal or on airport property will be impacted.

Why: This temporary power outage is due to work on the $9.5 million Louisville International Airport Terminal Enhancement Project. In addition, HMS Host (food-and-beverage) and Paradies Lagardère (gift-and-news) combined are investing more than $8 million in new outlets and retail stores.
