You can access our Information Booth in the lower level baggage claim area. It is staffed by our friendly volunteer Airport Ambassadors to provide airport and tourist information and assistance. You can reach the Information Booth by dialing (502) 380-8277.
Airport Ambassadors at the Information Booth are responsible for paging. Call (502) 380-8277 for assistance. Travelers are encouraged to share their complete itinerary, prior to departing, with those who are meeting and greeting them. Please allow 15 minutes after your party’s flight arrives before requesting a page.
Outside callers may be connected to passengers in the terminal only in the case of an emergency or exceptional circumstance.
The airport’s Information Booth is currently open the following times:
Sunday: 1 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
As passenger traffic increases, it is expected the hours of the Information Booth will be expanded to include nights and weekends.
