Kentucky Derby 150 Logo to Greet Thousands of Inside Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport

Large Double-Sided Logo to Provide Guests with Unique Selfie, Group Photo Opportunity

Friday will mark 50 days until the 150th running of the $5 million Kentucky Derby presented by Woodford Reserve and, to commemorate the milestone event, Churchill Downs Racetrack has partnered with Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport to provide thousands of guests with a unique photo opportunity leading up to the first Saturday in May.

A large double-sided Kentucky Derby 150 logo – perfect for selfies or group photos – has been centrally placed inside the rotunda of Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) where Concourses A and B meet.

“The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is proud to serve as the community’s front door and provide a first-class welcome for thousands of Derby-goers each year,” said Dan Mann, Executive Director of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority. “This special Derby 150 installation at the airport is a great addition to build the excitement 50 days out from this year’s milestone anniversary that will be experienced by nearly a million passengers, both out-of-town visitors and our local community traveling through SDF.”

The Kentucky Derby 150 logo at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is the first of three logos that will be installed around the city of Louisville in the coming weeks.
