Q: What type of documents and identification do I need to bring to the airport?

A: You must have a boarding pass and a government-issued, photo I.D. before you proceed to the checkpoint.

Q: What do I do if I need help with my luggage?

A: Some airlines offer skycap check-in curbside on the departure (upper) level roadway during peak travel periods. In addition, luggage carts are available for rent in the garage, lower-level curb areas and in the terminal. However, please remember that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires curbside vehicles to be attended at all times for security reasons. Failure to do so may result in fines and towing.

Q: How early should I arrive prior to my flight?

A: Travelers should arrive 1 to 1½ hours before their departure to check bags, clear security and board at least 20 minutes before the departure time. Many airlines now board and close the aircraft at least ten minutes or more before departure time.
