Three departments are responsible for procuring most of the Authority’s goods and services.

The Louisville Regional Airport Authority (LRAA) is committed to a program for the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE’s) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE’s) in contracting opportunities in accordance with 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 23 and 26.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Office of Civil Rights and Small Business Development is the certifying agency for the Kentucky Uniform Certification Program. They administer the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) certification process as well as maintain a directory of certified DBE’s and ACDBE’s.
